We run workshops and facilitate practical training. The price depends on how much money your organisation has each year.

If you are a service user or carer, our training and workshops are free for you. We want everyone to get information about mental illness and neurodiversity. We know paying for training can be hard for some people.

We work together with small community groups and big organisations. We plan and run projects together. At Freeframe, we make sure our work includes everyone. We want things to be fair and open for all. We do our best to make everything easy to join and use.

Trainings can be delivered in person or online.

Work with Us

Every organisation is unique, and so is every session. We work with clients to make each session fit your group, your goals, and your situation. This could mean changing a training to be a half-day workshop, helping to make a course for clinicians, or giving advice on how to make your workplace more inclusive for mental health.

We are also interested in working with individuals with lived expertise and not-for-profit organisations and charities who wish to Co design trainings in conjunction with Freeframe.
